Change your password

Change the password you sign in with, from the back office or your account page.

Change it

1. Click your name at the bottom of the menu on the left.
2. Click Change password.
3. Type your Current password.
4. Type your New password. It needs at least 8 characters and must be different from your current one. Each rule gets a tick when it is met.
5. Click Change password.

dhivi POS says Password changed. You stay signed in here, and you are signed out on all your other devices. Sign in again there with the new password.

On a phone, tap More, then Account, and find Change password under your name.

Good to know

• Says Current password is incorrect? Check the password you sign in with now. Forgotten it? Sign out and click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. See Sign in to dhivi POS.
• A staff member who forgot their password: open People, click the person and click Reset password. See Add a staff member.
• Forgotten a POS PIN? A manager clicks Reset PIN on the person under People. See Sign in to the POS.
