Buy more shops

Your plan includes a number of shops. Want to add more shops, stores or branches? Buy extra shops on the plan you have, without moving to a larger plan. You pay only for the days until your plan renews, and then they renew with it.

Only the owner, or an Admin who can see Billing, can buy shops.

Buy the shops

  1. Sign in and open your account page.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Your shops.
  3. Click Buy more shops.
  4. Under How many shops, click + until it shows the number you want, for example 2.
  5. Check what you pay. The panel shows the price per shop, the days left until your plan renews, GST, and Pay today.
  6. Click Buy for and the amount.

An invoice is raised. The shops open as soon as it is paid: by itself if autopay is on, or pay it by UPI or bank on Billing. Click Pay on Billing to pay now.

Open the new shops

Once the invoice is paid:

  1. On Your shops, click Open another location.
  2. Fill in the shop's name, state and invoice prefix.

Keep fewer shops

  1. Click Buy more shops.
  2. Under Keep fewer from the renewal, click − to the number of extra shops you want to keep.
  3. Click Save.

The shops you give up stay until your plan renews. They are not refunded. If every shop is in use, disable one first. See Disable or enable a shop.

Good to know

  • The price of an extra shop is per month, before GST. A yearly plan pays for the year, with the plan's own discount.
  • From your renewal date, the extra shops are billed with your plan on the same invoice.
  • A warehouse counts as a shop. A disabled shop does not.
  • Shops you bought still count when you move to a smaller plan, until your renewal. With 1 extra shop, Starter allows 2 open shops. See Change your plan.
  • During a free trial, extra shops cost nothing until the trial ends.
  • Does the panel say Extra shops are not on sale yet? Move to a larger plan that includes more shops. Click Compare plans.
  • Does the panel say Extra shops come with another plan? Your plan does not sell extra shops. Click Compare plans to move to a plan that does, or to a larger plan that includes more shops. See Pay for your plan.
