POS: Shop is disabled

The owner has disabled this shop. The POS stops billing here, and nothing you sold is lost.

What you see

• A line under the top bar: Shop is disabled. Billing has stopped at this shop. Ask the owner.
• In place of Pay, a dark button with a lock: Shop is disabled.

Bills taken offline

If the POS was offline, it sends those bills first when it is back online. While it does, the button says Sending bills taken offline…. Every bill already taken is kept.

What still works

• Looking up products and prices.
• Closing the shift and counting the drawer. See Close the shift.
• Signing out.

What to do

Ask the owner. They can enable the shop again when the plan has room. See Disable or enable a shop.
