Use the shortage book
The shortage book lists medicines customers asked for that were out of stock, and medicines at or below their reorder level. They are grouped by the supplier you last bought them from, ready to order. It is in the menu, under Stock, for a shop set up as Pharmacy, or one that also sells medicines. Both are set in Settings, then Kind of shop & POS.
