Remind customers about refills

Refills due lists customers whose regular medicines are running out, so you can remind them and have the bill ready. It is in the menu, under Pharmacy, for a shop set up as Pharmacy, or one that also sells medicines. Both are set in Settings, then Kind of shop & POS.

Mark a regular medicine

At the POS, on the medicine's line, tick Regular medicine (remind before it runs out) and enter the dose. dhivi POS works out the run-out date from the quantity sold.

Remind a customer

1. Click Refills due under Pharmacy in the menu.
2. Choose Ran out, This week, Reminded or Bill ready.
3. Click Remind. WhatsApp opens with the message ready to send. If the customer has no 10-digit mobile number, the message is copied instead: paste it in WhatsApp.

Have the bill ready

Click Make bill. The customer's medicines wait at the POS, under Orders, for when they come in. The row then shows Bill ready.

Good to know

• Click a customer's name to see their regular medicines. Click Stop if they no longer take one.
• To remind customers by themselves, turn on the Refill reminder rule in Grow, then Messages. It sends a WhatsApp two days before, at 9:00.
