Find a prescription

Prescriptions lists every bill that had a prescription, newest first. It is in the menu, under Pharmacy, for a shop set up as Pharmacy, or one that also sells medicines. Both are set in Settings, then Kind of shop & POS.

How a prescription is recorded

When a Schedule H or H1 medicine is on a bill, the POS asks for the prescription at Pay.

1. Enter the Patient name, Age and Doctor, with the doctor's Reg. no. and the Prescription date. For Schedule H1, also the Patient address.
2. Tap Take photo, or upload one, to add a Photo of the prescription. It is needed for Schedule H1. For Schedule H it is optional, unless Settings, then Pharmacy asks for it.
3. The pharmacist on duty ticks Checked by the pharmacist on duty. For Schedule H1, a pharmacist who signs in to dhivi POS also enters their PIN.
4. Tap Save and pay.

Find one

1. Click Prescriptions under Pharmacy in the menu.
2. Type the patient, the doctor or the bill number in Patient, doctor or bill.
3. Click Photo to see the prescription.

Good to know

• No photo means no photo was taken at the POS.
• Offline marks a bill made while the POS had no internet.
• Schedule H1 sales also go into the H1 register.
